It takes two hours of winding back and forth to get to the top villages. We had heard about CH many times, but we never had had a chance to go there. Our loss! When we got out at a gas station, it hit us… literally. COLD air! The temperature there gets up to the mid 70’s. For people who have been used to mid 90’s every day, that is wonderfully cold. The air was amazing.

We went on this trip with our school, so the best part was that they paid for everything but food. We went to many different tourist places. Because the temperature is better, yet they still have rain, plants do very well there. They have strawberry farms, flower farms, honey farms, tea plantations, cactus farms, and so much more.
One of Matt's favorite parts of the trip was out stop at an orang asli (original people) house on the way home. They had pet monkeys. I enjoyed holding them. They bit a little, but nothing too bad :).
Our favorite place was the tea plantation. They have just acres and acres of tea plants. This is definitely a must see. The Boh Tea Plantation has a small restaurant that hangs over and overlooks that tea plantation that is definitely picturesque.
