So we all have days when our kids drive us nuts. Addison definitely knows how to push our buttons...
She's in a phase where she wants to sleep in our room, so she sleeps on a mattress on the floor next to our bed (next to Titus' crib).
Last night, after a long day of working outside on the wall and then teaching, I got into bed and fell asleep. In the middle of the night (3ish) Titus woke up to feed. Angela fed him and put him in his crib.
He was.in no mood to sleep, so he played alone happily in his crib. Then he discovered Addison's hair. After annoying her, I saw she was sitting up in bed, half asleep. She told me Titus was pulling her hair. I told her to snuggle with me. She hopped into our bed and we went to sleep.
A short while later she grabbed my hand and cuddled it like a teddy bear. Then she proceeded to massage my hand. Then my other hand. Then cuddle my hand. All without a word, just love.
What a way to bless your daddy. Her little fingers were so sweet. She'd doze off to sleep, then rub my fingers a bit more. So sweet.
