To Singapore We Go

This weekend we're going to Singapore! Well, maybe you're excited... but after being in Malaysia for a couple months, paying a premium for things isn't going to be any fun. We can eat in Malaysia (for both) for about US$4, but it will cost double in Singapore. We will soak up as much as we can... as much that doesn't cost much that is. Also, finding a cheap hotel is almost impossible - They start at US$50 and quickly go to over $100, with most of the nice places costing well over $200 per night. We're going for Saturday and Sunday, so hopefully, despite the cost, it will be a fun trip. When we get back we will get back late, so we will be staying with our friend who we met on the rainy day buying vegetables. He has offered for us to stay with him a couple times, so now we can actually stay with him.
