Second Look

On first look, the apartment was very nice. When we came for a long weekend and gave it more than a 30 second looks, lots needs repaired.

I just finished rerouting one of the bathrooms. Definately worst grout job even (before) - makes me feel better that my work isn't half bad.

Heres a bit of before and after. I'll do the second bathroom another time. 

The black spots are HOLES!
