I thought of the buns from Texas Roadhouse, so I tried to make them. Mine turned out pretty well. A bit less sweet than I was expecting.
I had extra dough, so I used.it.for pizza. I made a dairy free pizza (not gluten free, sorry Angela). Kids and I enjoyed the pizza, which turned out well.
A good day I must say - spent 7 hours in the kitchen making pad Thai, smoothies, buns and pizza, but got to snuggle.with Ty and he fell asleep on me at night. Reminds me of a baby!
