After waiting many months, the tile was done enough to install the motor for the gate. I was able to get it installed where I wanted (inside the wall, not sticking out). After the guy installed it, I had to take it off and reinstall it because I forgot to run a pipe under the track for the wire. That took a while cause I had to bust out two tiles and recur and drill them. I also must have squished the casing because fishing the wire through was a nightmare... I finally did it and it works qnd looks great.
