Woke up this morning and the rug by our kitchen sink was wet... argh. The fitting for the dishwasher was leaking, again. It's a pain in my rear cause two threaded pvc pipes don't make a close enough connection, even with pvc tape. We lived with no water in the morning and I picked up a metal fitting, and 5 minutes later we were back in business. Thankful it worked out so quickly. The poor cabinet has so much water damage now - parts of the bottom are twice as thick now (particle board). It's rhe trash cabinet, so it doesn't matter what it looks like... I did add some new shelves in it though to organize the mess of cleaning supplies and trash bags. Also a mini shelf for Addison's fish food (we got fish as of last week).
