So the guys redoing our roof are finished. They resealed the upper story roof and put a new zinc roof on the lower level. The upper roof no longer leaks, which is good. The bottom roof leaves a lot to be desired. I've got a lot to do to correct mistakes (leaking in two places, ugly finishes, parts not painted) but we're happy to have the extra covered space.
I also plan to really improve the front area. I've started by taking down an old wall that was out of place and taking off siding that also was out of place. I added electric outside (fan, light, plugs) and will add a new game next. Then I'll make the front wall, followed by cementing the driveway and tiling everything.
