Me: You have one brother. Do you have a younger brother or sister?
Student: Got baby. Baby here (points to stomach). Got fast (meaning coming soon).
Me: (I motion like a big belly) Like thus? (I motion like a small belly) Not like this?
Student: Yes. Is watermelon.
