I paid the welder on the 1st of August and he said it would take 2 weeks to complete my stairs. After nearly 2 and a half months and several heated conversations in between (including offering to make a police report, since there is no better business Bureau here) the stairs are finally done. His guys did a pretty good job. The things is sturdy, overkill probably. A few little things aren't perfect, like the metal netting goes in different directions depending on the step and he welded the first step at 4 inches rather than 12 inches, but he did a good job twisting it at the end. I'm satisfied, albeit if he had finished two months ago I'd have been happier.
