I installed a mail slot just outside of the teacher's room for students to put their fee payment envelopes in. It turned out ok. The box was meant for an outdoor mailbox. The money gets stored in a locked box inside the locked teacher's room.
I also got the air conditioner cover painted (the ac is split between the teacher's room and a classroom).
We finally were able to register our company, but I found out the license for the town council costs. 3 times as much as the state education license and takes a lot of paperwork too, so it'll be a while until everything is settled.
