Yummy Waffles

Thanks to Angela's mom my love for waffles can be revived. I had a waffle maker in the US that was electric, and in about a month I wore it out (well, it still worked but I got tired of them). Now that Angela is eating 100% gluten free (which means no wheat flour) and I am eating mostly the same diet, we have successfully make gluten free waffles. Here you are! Yummy!
