A guest bedroom

For anyone who wants to visit, we have our upstairs guest bedroom set up for you to stay in. It's not glamorous, but it does the job.

Everything comes at a price... here's the story: I had to install the sink upstairs. Everything was going fine, had all the pipes fitted and sink mounted, but as I was taking the pipes apart i knocked the sink off the mount... needless to say it fell, broke, cut my foot (not bad), broke off the shut off valve, and even cracked the pipe slightly inside the cement. There's no shutoff for the water, so it came gushing out... eventually just let it all gush out and drain the 100 gallon tank in the attick, opened the wall up some, and thankfully was able to use pvc glue to repair the crack and attach everything. We had 2 sinks, so got it all togther at about 11PM rather than 7PM, so 4 hours of frustration (and I was so close!). It's together, so now guests can visit us: we've got a room with AC upstairs, a western toilet that has been rigged to flush correctly, a sink to wash your hands IN the bathroom (before there was a spicket OUTSIDE the bathroom, which drained onto the floor and out a hole in the wall to ourside).
