We've had a few people come over and see the new kitchen, one of whom was a co-worker and was so impressed by it that he mentioned it to my boss! Others are very impressed as well. Here it is so far. There are only a few minor things to be finished on it (like get blinds for the window). We think the aluminum backing and floating shelves really help dress it up:
