We're really sorry we haven't been able to add any posts on here in a month! It's been a crazy month, and a lot is going on. We haven't had but maybe a few evenings free in the last 3 weeks, and those evenings were spent relaxing to a movie at home... Here is an update on what has been happening:
We've been meeting a few good friends weekly on Sundays... drinking tea and talking, encouraging, etc... This has been good.
We're helping tutor a family with zero English. The family has become our friends. We hope to improve their English a lot. They have three kids (7 year old daughter, 5 year old son, and 5 month year old son).
Matt is preparing to change from working at our school's main center to a smaller center. It means a longer drive time, but the work environment should improve, and the amount of responsibility is going up (in a reasonable way).
In related events, Matt has created a library check in/out system for the school that uses online databases, the first he's ever done! It works well, but it took a lot of work.
We have our first Event for our business that pay MONEY on Saturday. It's a graduation/show off to your parents day... We are still looking for a helper as all our previous possibilities aren't available.
Well, that sums things up. We are still keeping our heads above water, but are looking forward to life slowing down perhaps soon...
